Mom, I saw a picture of you today. And out of the blue, I was completely undone. It was you, me and your granddaughters visiting Dad's grave. You were smiling and hugging on one of the girls in such a sweet way and I completely lost it. Maybe it was because we had to lay you to rest in September at that very grave site. Maybe it was your sweet expression. But I miss you like crazy today and cannot stop crying- the grief is fresh and it's as if I just lost you over again. I have read grief comes in waves like this for those who loved much. Mom, I love you much still and miss you. Until we meet again in Heaven.
